Theodor Sproll is President at the DHBW-Cooperative State University Baden-Wuerttemberg Loerrach since April 2013. His teaching focus is on Marketing and Competitive Strategy, General Management and Leadership, Negotiation Excellence. Before his academic career, he held senior management positions for over 27 years as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Novartis Pharma AG, in Switzerland and, before, Managing Director, Novartis in Nuremberg. He was also Global Head of Marketing at Novartis Basel, Switzerland for a Business Unit. Before, he was National Sales Manager for Roche in Germany. He graduated from the University of Constance, Germany with a Ph.D. degree. Theodor is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, Boston, USA.
