She completed her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in economics and political science at the Middle East Technical University (METU), Manchester University, King's College London and Sciences Po Paris. In 2006, she joined the International Organization for Economic Development and Cooperation and took a consultant role in a World Forum organization on "Measuring and Supporting the Development of Societies". In addition, she worked in the EXPO İzmir 2015 Paris Office during the Universal EXPO 2015 nomination process of Izmir. Between 2008 and 2012, she served as an Advisor to the European Parliament's International Trade Committee, Foreign Relations Committee, Civil Liberties Committee, Justice and Internal Affairs Committee and Human Rights Subcommittee. She has developed and conducted strategic communication and media promotion campaigns for many governments and organizations in Europe, Asia and Africa. In addition to conducting research and organizing conferences and similar events for EU institutions, international organizations, governments, private companies and think tanks, she collaborated with distinguished journalists, opinion leaders and politicians across Europe. In 2015, she participated in the European Studies graduate program of Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA) in France and conducted various studies on European elections for the European Parliament, about the role of the EU in international organizations and digital taxation in the EU. She still speaks regularly at public meetings in the European Parliament, international conferences such as the Eurasia Media Forum and various television channels concerning foreign policy, elections, economy, defence, security, immigration, radicalisation, terrorism, energy, digitalisation, combating climate change, publishes political analysis and articles and lectures on EU issues at the Wilfried Martens Centre in Brussels. Yeliz Hacıosmanoğlu, who has more than 10 years of professional experience in public and private sectors in Brussels on European law, economy and policies; is a political consultant and communication specialist who conducts strategy, research, organizational and organizational studies. Her articles are published in major newspapers and magazines of Europe.
